Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept return items for refund within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, contact support@pursuitful.com within 14 days of receiving the product. If the item is damaged please provide pictures of the fault. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in resellable condition.

Refunds unrelated to damaged items will require the product to be returned to us. You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs that result from returning your unwanted item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

In instances where items arrive damaged we will offer a replacement item at no additional cost, or a full refund. We will require a photograph of the damaged item and proof of purchase.

Lost Items

We will not offer refunds for items confiscated by local customs or items confirmed to have been delivered to the address entered for your order. Upon inquiry Pursuitful will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check with their local customs office to ensure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the buyer is responsible for all customs fees and shipping charges that are incurred. Pursuitful is not responsible for confiscated or undeliverable goods.
